Role
Who you are
- Excellent experience in NodeJS
- Experience creating, deploying and maintaining microservices in GCP
- Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks: ReactJS, VueJS
- Good knowledge of GCP tools including Cloud Function and Cloud Logging
- Good knowledge of Terraform
- Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL preferrable)
- Apache/Nginx/Linux
- Object Oriented Programming with PHP
- MVC PHP Framework (Slim Framework preferrable)
- SCSS, Bootstrap framework
- VueJS, Vuetify
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certification in at least one GCP area
What the job involves
- REPORTS TO: Head of Systems Engineering
- We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the development and maintenance of applications that support our products, from web to mobile and integration with other systems
- Your primary focus will be the development of new and existing features working both on the NodeJS backend deployed to GCP microservices, VueJS frontend and an OOPHP backend API
- Developing back-end applications based on NodeJS
- Deployment of NodeJS applications to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Creating servers and databases for functionality
- Designing and developing APIs in a microservice infrastructure
- Contribute on the development of front-end website based on VueJS
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automatization
- Implementation of automated tests and Unit Tests
- You will be reporting to the Head of Systems Engineering and work alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure
- A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential
