- You have +4 years of OTC Derivatives or Regulatory Reporting experience (preferably vendor or back office)
- You are client obsessed and drive toward the best outcome for a client
- You bring along excellent communication, analysis and organizational skills
What the job involves
- We're looking for a Client Success Manager to work with our clients across all phases from pre-sales to relationship management to provide them with an amazing and differentiating experience
- You'll be part of a scaling company of experts in their fields where you will have a clear focus and ownership space
- As a Client Success Manager at KOR you will be the go-to person for our clients
- We have invested heavily in automation, self-service and on demand knowledge so that your client interactions are more premium value
- Expect to work closely with clients across all levels of seniority and equally across the KOR internal team to deliver joyful experiences
- This role depends on excellent communication, flexibility, and an enterprising attitude
- Primary contact for current client inquiries on business, domain, product and technical areas
- First reviewer, validator and triage of technical escalations
- Drive account growth
- Expand revenue in accounts through pre-sales and existing client sales opportunities
- Influence lifetime value through higher product adoption, client satisfaction and overall health scores
- Organize, contribute and participate in KOR working groups as necessitated
- Define and optimize client lifecycle by requesting, tracking and participating in programs and initiatives to improve engagement based on client segmentation and leading a culture of continuous improvement
