• As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play an integral part in recruiting outstanding talent at Sigma, by ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from beginning to end
• Every single day you’ll partner with our Recruiting team, hiring managers and others on coordinating interviews, building relationships with candidates
• Plus the opportunity to be part of projects around employer branding, candidate experience, process improvement, and more
• Coordinate a high volume of phone, Zoom and onsite interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
• Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, hiring partners and cross functional groups to ensure a high touch, white glove interview experience from start to finish
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally at all times
• Engage in projects and programs to help improve areas in the recruiting process that impact the Company
• Meet and greet candidates who are onsite for interviews
• Lead by example as a brand ambassador
