Role
Who you are
- If you’re excited about building something special with us, we’d love to hear from you
- 2+ years in IT support, service desk, or similar role in a SaaS or tech environment
- Hands-on with macOS device setup and troubleshooting; Windows familiarity a plus
- Experience with MDM tooling
- Familiarity with SSO/identity providers
- Comfort supporting collaboration stacks (Outlook/Exchange, Slack, Notion, OneDrive)
- Strong troubleshooting, prioritisation, and communication skills
- Process oriented with ticketing discipline and documentation habits
Desirable
- Basic scripting or automation skills
- Exposure to ISO 27001 or SOC 2 practices and evidence collection
- Experience managing A/V or working with external vendors
What the job involves

- We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to be the single point of contact for employee IT needs and device management
- You will own the laptop lifecycle, first-line support, access provisioning and deprovisioning, and office technology, working closely with DevOps and Operations
- The role reports into DevOps and will help drive MDM and SSO programs
