What the job involves
- An SRE Director deploys and empowers Engineers and Engineering Managers per adjacent areas to deploy and run the product and increase Developer Experience
- An SRE Director works directly with the main stakeholders to better allocate budget and people allocation based on roadmap

- Streamline and automate deployment processes
- Work closely with the Security team to keep on top of potential threats/patches
- Support our engineers and product teams to improve overall scalability, stability and reliability
- Manage the SRE Team workplan, tasks and roadmap
- Participate in hiring, performance assessment and overall career lifecycle of all reports
- Own SRE department roadmap and implementation
- Own SRE team budget and allocation
