Role

Who you are

  • We’re seeking a driven and experienced sales professional with the following qualifications:
  • Someone with significant experience as an Enterprise Account Executive, preferably in SaaS/Healthtech sales
  • An individual who is ready to drive forward our growth within Dental Corporates - we have a lot of connections - but need a hunter to close them
  • Fintech experience or a strong understanding of financial products and services is preferred
  • Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling methodologies & dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage a complex sales process and build lasting client relationships, with proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot)

What the job involves

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be key in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level opportunities
  • You’ll work directly with C-suite stakeholders at some of the most influential groups in the dental industry, leveraging your expertise to deliver value-driven solutions
  • You’ll be the first hire in our enterprise team, giving you a unique opportunity to shape the role as you grow into it. This role will report into the Head of Growth
  • As our first Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll step into a warm network with huge potential and take ownership of deepening engagement, driving sales, and shaping how we scale in this market
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire and grow enterprise accounts within the dental sector - this is more than just a closing role
  • Develop relationships and expand your network with the UK’s leading dental corporates – no need to start from zero, as we’ve already got the connections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CROs, CMO, COOs, Area managers, Clinical Directors, and so-on
  • Driving a consultative sales approach
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, marketing, product, and customer success) to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Provide market insights and feedback to influence product development and strategy
