- Have 8+ years experience in business application sales, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment
- Have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals
- Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Discover Org, Outreach, Salesforce, Chorus.ai and others
- Are a hunter with a passion for finding new opportunities
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can partner with others in a selling environment
- Have demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite and procurement
- Can build long standing relationships across the business to nurture complex sales cycles
- Are a self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing environment
- Have a bachelor's degree
What the job involves
- The Achievers Account Manager is a seasoned sales professional who can work in a team selling environment to drive customer value and account growth
- The Account Manager partners with the Customer Success Manager to develop the account strategy and manage the sales cycle
- This includes owning renewals, regional expansions and upselling of new products
- The AM will create prospecting plans, develop customer presentations, and manage the sales negotiations
- The Account Manager will be customer facing but will also support Customer Success Managers through their sales cycle
- The AM is responsible for identifying new relationships and stakeholders within the account to support any new revenue generation
- They will work closely with the CSM, who owns and manages the program owner relationship
- Manage complex, concurrent sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify and develop strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunities
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives
- Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and manage key accounts with the Customer Success Manager
- Identify and mitigate churn risk and partner with the CSM to support the customer
- Create and present pricing presentations for renewals, upsells and cross sells
- Manage deal negotiations with the customer and coordinate internal approvals
