What the job involves
- Are you a visionary Product Designer (all genders) with a proven track record of creating exceptional user experiences?
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Product Designer (all genders)
- As a key player in our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the strategy behind the product domain of “Meetings, Ai, and Plan Management”
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience
- Leverage your B2B expertise and customer insights to tailor designs that address the specific needs and pain points of enterprise-level users
- Apply architectural thinking to design scalable solutions that align with long-term product goals
- Foster a systematic approach to design, advocating for design principles and maintaining consistency across all product touchpoints
- Mentor and collaborate with junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team
Our take
Software for the construction industry is, generally speaking, of a legacy nature. This means that construction companies in need of a digital operating system for their projects are forced to use archaic and complex tools. Capmo is a German SaaS company that has built a new cloud-based operating system that simplifies the complex daily tasks of construction.
Capmo’s major draw is its cloud-based build. This makes it easier for different sectors of a construction project to collaborate and coordinate. The software includes software for documenting defects, scheduling, and note taking, saving teams time on now-automated tasks.
Capmo’s system is part of a larger push to digitise the construction industry, meaning it has plenty of competitors. However, the company’s significant funding and 10,000-strong project clients indicate that Capmo is keeping its head well above the water.
