- Experienced with Managing Complex Project Operations

- Stasher is the world’s leading luggage storage platform. Trusted by GetYourGuide, Booking.com and Premier Inn, we connect travellers with a global network of trusted shops, hotels, and lockers where they can securely store their bags - so they can wander hands-free.
- The Special Projects Executive role at Stasher involves leading key projects across the business, from process improvements and rollouts to partner and supplier coordination
- Your main responsibility is to ensure seamless execution of each project by bringing clarity, momentum, and structure to every stage of its lifecycle
- You’ll report directly to the Founders and Commercial Director, collaborating with senior leaders across Operations, Sales, Product, and Marketing
- You'll define goals, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment across teams. You’ll lead weekly stand-ups, updates, and retrospectives, addressing and resolving blockers as they arise
- Clear documentation and status reporting are essential, as well as working with leadership to prioritize projects and allocate resources
- The role demands someone highly organized, process-driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
