Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment
- A proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and successful contract negotiation
- Experience working with security procurement, legal, and finance teams
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, or other sales tools
- A go-getter attitude and a commitment to developing repeatable processes that support a high volume of transactions
- Excellent team orientation and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
- Impeccable customer skills, including communication, empathy, and integrity
- Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in an ever-changing environment
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience in a tech start-up preferred

- We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our expanding Sales team at Otter.ai! In this role, you'll play a vital role in fueling our revenue engine with innovation and energy, driving the scaling of our business while maximizing value for our customers

- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within our SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Drive new business acquisition through various sales channels
- Strategically partner with sales executives, providing accurate forecasts and insights into revenue performance
- Customize product demonstrations to meet the unique needs of each client, showcasing the power of Otter
- Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Product and Marketing
