Role
Who you are
- You enjoy collaborating with customers to understand their needs, transforming their feedback into intuitive data visualizations, and helping them make data-driven decisions
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- You excel at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ensure timely delivery of customer data after generation and quality control
- Generate standard data reports for all customer projects
- Onboard customers to the Nomic data portal and provide ongoing support
- Act as a user tester for the Nomic portal
- Serve as the voice of the customer by reporting bugs and suggesting new features based on customer feedback
- Education: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, emphasizing data interpretation and analysis, with 2+ years of coding experience. A degree in bioinformatics or data science is a plus
- Customer Experience: 1+ year of proven experience in service-oriented, customer-facing roles
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a diverse, cross-functional environment
- Prioritization: Ability to focus on urgent priorities, even if they are not glamorous
- Self-Motivation: A proactive team player who identifies areas for improvement, proposes solutions, aligns with teams, and drives initiatives to completion

- As a CS Data Analyst, you will be responsible for finalizing nELISA data reports, creating visualizations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects to Nomic customers
- Regular customer interactions and meetings will be integral to your role
- Ensure the timely delivery of customer data and any additional analyses required for their decision-making
- Support customers during onboarding and address ongoing questions about using the Nomic data portal
- Gain valuable insights into customers’ research questions and relay them to the Nomic product team to improve and develop new analysis tools

For bioscientists, quantifying multiple proteins at the same time is expensive and time-consuming. Nomic solves this problem with its proteomic platform, nELISA.
First launched as nplex biosciences, Nomic has since rebranded, fueled by an impressive $17 million in funding. This has allowed the company to accelerate its research considerably. Nomic works with a range of top-tier pharma companies and research institutes, which is testament to the demand for their product.
