Who you are
- 5–7+ years in HR operations, with deep hands-on experience in HRIS systems (Rippling a strong plus)
- Solid track record in HR analytics, dashboarding, and translating data into action
- Strong project management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Experience with comp frameworks, performance design, and org health insights
- Naturally detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and energized by data and systems
What the job involves
- We’re seeking a data-savvy, systems-oriented Senior HR Operations SME contractor to support our People Operations function
- This role requires deep expertise in HRIS systems—preferably Rippling—and a strong analytics mindset to drive meaningful improvements across compensation, performance, and process optimization
- Please note that this is a 3-month contractor position, with the potential for extension

- Act as lead SME for our HRIS platform (ideally Rippling), ensuring optimal configuration, data integrity, and internal usability
- Conduct regular audits and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability
- Build and maintain HR dashboards that surface actionable insights for leadership
- Extract and analyze workforce data to inform strategic business decisions across hiring, retention, engagement, and more
- Lead initiatives to streamline HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle
- Drive the creation and rollout of SOPs to support consistency and compliance
- Support the design and operationalization of total compensation frameworks, including benchmarking and modeling
- Help define and refine structured performance management practices to support scalable growth
- Co-facilitate post-employee survey data analysis and cross-functional action planning
- Partner with functional leaders to translate insights into tangible improvements
Our take
The quantified self movement is gaining momentum, especially in the health and fitness sector. Wearable health monitors, sleep trackers, and genetic testing have all firmly entered the mainstream, and body MRI scanning service Prenuvo is taking this concept to the next level. Prenuvo’s whole body diagnostic imaging offers customers a comprehensive picture of their body, whilst screening for 500+ major conditions and cancers.
The medical benefits of approaching these diseases proactively, as opposed to reactively, are substantial. Customers will be able to catch warning signs early, meaning treatment is likely to be less invasive, with a higher success rate. Unfortunately North America, like many regions, has yet to make substantial investments in preventative healthcare. This just makes companies like Prenuvo, and the VCs who fund them, increasingly necessary.
This funding, however has been substantial, and having closed a Series A funding round in 2022 Prenuvo has moved swiftly to open new clinics across the United States. Its next step is to improve the accessibility of its service - currently scans cost about $1000, but improvements in the technology and working processes will cut the cost by two thirds or more and greatly expand Prenuvo's addressable market.
