Senior Technical Program Manager, Alteryx

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or complex software delivery within cloud or platform-focused environments
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering organizations where architecture, infrastructure, security, and product delivery intersect
• Strong understanding of modern cloud platform concepts, including:
• Distributed systems
• Microservices
• APIs
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Observability
• Networking
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience delivering platform, enterprise SaaS, compliance, or trust-focused programs in partnership with Security, Trust, GRC, Infrastructure, and SRE organizations
• Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, along with the judgment to adapt processes to team and program needs
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and related planning and reporting tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, create structure within evolving problem spaces, and drive alignment across technical and executive stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for engineers, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners
• Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and influence skills with a bias toward action and a proven history of removing obstacles for teams
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve planning, communication, analysis, or execution workflows
