Who you are
- Experience in the payments industry, with knowledge in debit being a plus
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and navigate through uncertainty
- Demonstrated ability to self-start, identify problems, and develop solutions independently
- Excellent executive presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
- Ability to track multiple project workstreams and demonstrate efficient project management skills

What the job involves
- The US Consumer Payments product team is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to support the US commercialization of Mastercard One, a new product which introduces a single credential that can support multiple payment options (installments, debit, credit, and prepaid)
- This role will be pivotal in supporting the go-to-market (GTM) execution of Mastercard One
- Contribute to the commercialization efforts for Mastercard One in the US market
- Support the execution of go-to-market strategies to ensure a successful product launch and market penetration, including tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate on the design and development of the product to meet market needs and regulatory requirements
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and support the sales engagement process
- Proactively manage operational and day-to-day project management functions to ensure product success
