Who you are

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in test automation and 5 years of experience in QA area
Deep knowledge of Python programming language
Good knowledge of automated QA testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or others
Experience with PostgreSQL or other databases
Experience with Linux - command line tools
Familiarity with HTML and Javascript
Knowledge of Git, and CI/CD tools (i.e. Jenkins, BitBucket pipelines, etc)
Competence with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, TestRail and other test/development tools
Proficiency at writing up Jira bugs and test cases
Previous experience with agile methodologies to plan and manage daily tasks
Ability to take initiative, innovate and experiment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable

Experience with docker and AWS
Experience with strategic planning for information security and developing information security policies and frameworks
Experience with performance testing and relevant tools

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join our rapidly growing development team at Bucketlist
As a dynamic startup we are seeking someone to help take our software development process to the next level as we scale up
As a critical member of the Development team, you will be given plenty of opportunity to be mentored, to improve your skills, and develop as a professional
You will join a small company on the ground floor, and gain valuable experience in all facets of QA and SDLC for a dynamic SaaS cloud solution
Your main focus on this position will be test automation, but we don’t want just a coder - we want someone who is comfortable with manual QA as well: helping with regression testing, testing new features, verification of bug fixes, and so on
In collaboration with development team, design, develop and maintain a test automation framework
Automate manual test cases and maintain already automated scope of tests
Take part in the design and development of testing integrations within continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)
Take part in executing manual test cases as part of regression testing
Test new features and verify bug fixes during development sprints
