Who you are
- This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment, preferably in tech or startups
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Zoom, and project management tools
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to pivot quickly and address challenges in a dynamic environment
- Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to anticipate needs, drive efficiency, and implement structured plans for operational success
- High Level of Discretion: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
What the job involves
- As an Executive Assistant to the C-Suite, you will be a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative and strategic support to multiple C-suite executives, including the CEO and other senior leaders
- You will optimize their time, manage priorities efficiently, and ensure the seamless execution of key business objectives
- Provide executive support by managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing decks/reports, and handling travel logistics
- Optimize executive’s time by filtering priorities, managing emails, preparing daily briefs, and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Act as a gatekeeper & liaison by managing internal and external communications on behalf of the executives
- Coordinate high-level meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, tracking action items, and ensuring alignment across teams
- Manage special projects that require cross-functional collaboration and execution
- Ensure confidentiality & professionalism in handling sensitive business matters and executive communications
- Improve processes & efficiencies by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and optimize productivity
- Support executive’s personal requests on a limited basis to ensure seamless operations
- Take on additional projects & responsibilities as business needs evolve, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Future offers one-on-one digital training with fitness coaches at home, the gym, or on-the-go. It wants to make sure that people can exercise anywhere, at any time, and that they keep up with a good fitness program.
Future pairs its clients with coaches who create a complete training plan based around the client’s goals and schedule. Each week, they’ll have new guided workouts in the Future app. The company uniques uses technology, such as sending the client an Apple Watch for easy tracking of progress. Its focus is on consumer experience and intimacy, connecting with its users and expressing that it cares about their well-being.
The company faces competition from Centr, Aaptiv, Fitocracy, Sworkit in a global digital fitness market expected to reach $26 billion by 2028. Its 2022 Series C funding will be invested into accelerating its product development efforts whilst pushing to boost its revenue in the coming years.
