Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in channel or partner management, with a track record of growing and optimizing high-performing partner programs
- Proven ability to define and execute GTM strategies that drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you’ve successfully worked with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Success teams to launch and scale partner initiatives
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. You can influence at all levels, align stakeholders, and deliver results on deadline

What the job involves
- The Channel Partnerships team extends this vision by driving strategic partnerships that enhance product experiences, increase engagement, accelerate growth, and broaden distribution
- We’re now seeking a Channel Partner Manager to own and grow our Solutions Partner Program in North America, with a focus on resell and services partnerships
- In this role, you’ll be instrumental in scaling a trusted ecosystem of consulting and implementation partners, helping customers unlock the full value of Notion
- You’ll manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding, to enablement and long-term growth — while also shaping the future of our channel programs
- Own and scale our North America Solutions Partner ecosystem — leading recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing partner management to support implementation and resell motions
- Grow partner-sourced and partner-serviced revenue, developing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable impact and deepen customer engagement through partners
- Optimize operational foundations — streamline systems, processes, and resources to ensure our partner program is efficient, scalable, and delivers mutual value
- Serve as the voice of the partner internally, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Legal to ensure partner needs and opportunities are surfaced and addressed
- Shape the future of channel at Notion — help define the team’s charter, how we partner cross-functionally, and how we scale over time

Managing busy workflows using fragmented systems can be a headache for both individuals and businesses. Notion aims to combat this problem by enabling users to work from one central hub, customizing their workflows to suit their exact needs. This includes managing files, scheduling tasks, saving documents, writing to-do-lists, and setting reminders.
The company counts enterprise companies such as McDonald’s, The Wall Street Journal, Verizon, Samsung, and IBM as its customers. In spite of economic uncertainty, Notion reached a $2 billion valuation in 2020, helped by record signups as more people were forced to work from home. Its value has since risen to over 5 times this value, an impressive reflection of its success.
The company has made a number of strategic acquisitions that, coupled with its enormous market value and enviable customer list, have Notion well-placed to continue dominating the market. That being said, the launch of Microsoft-built competitor Loop at the end of 2023 will put Notion's market dominance to the test.
