Who you are

2-4 years of experience across management consulting, investment banking, private equity, Strategic Finance or Business Operations roles in high-growth companies
Proficiency in complex financial modeling and planning
Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to formulate and articulate complex financial points to diverse audiences
Ability to prioritize: We are often working on multiple projects at any given time, so you are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
Attention to detail and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves

In this role, you will be a founding member of the Strategic Finance team
This is a high-impact role that will work closely with senior leadership and shape the financial strategy of Nirvana
Implement advanced analytics and modeling as part of long-term planning, annual budgeting, investor reporting, and budget variance analyses
Drive business and financial outcomes by translating complex financial data into concise recommendations and action plans for operational and strategic improvements
Help diligence, negotiate, and implement transactions (e.g., M&A, vendor negotiations, capital raises)
Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leadership, providing actionable insights and driving initiatives to improve the business and financial performance of their business units
