Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Designer in a fast-paced environment (agency or start-up/scale-up preferred)
- Strong proficiency in motion graphics and video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- A portfolio that showcases high-quality motion design, video storytelling, and animated marketing campaigns alongside more traditional design work
- Experience working with brand systems and developing designs across multiple formats: display ads, social, video ads, OOH, retail POS, and print
- Strong creative problem-solving skills—you know how to translate a performance goal or brand strategy into emotionally resonant visuals
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and basic audio editing for video
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present, articulate, and defend design decisions clearly
- Strong time management and prioritization skills—you know how to juggle multiple projects without compromising on quality
- Ownership: you competently and clearly communicate your ideas; collect the relevant information, understand problems, and clear roadblocks to implementation; and take responsibility for your actions

What the job involves
- We are currently looking for a motivated mid-senior level Brand Marketing Designer for our Marketing team at our Berlin HQ
- Work in the multidisciplinary Brand Marketing team with designers, copywriters, and content specialists to create world-class marketing design assets for Grover’s markets in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Spain
- Collaborate closely with the Growth and Brand teams to achieve performance marketing goals and create stunning and dynamic assets that consistently reflect the Grover brand
- Act as a guardian of the Grover brand across all channels, and grow Grover’s marketing and brand awareness exponentially
- Continually work to improve Grover’s Brand Marketing Design and challenge the status quo
- Take ownership of your projects and design assets with the Design Lead, Design Team, and Brand Marketing team
- Collaborate and communicate with Growth, Brand, Commercial, Business Development, Customer Service, and Product teams on various projects and touchpoints

Purchasing tech items like mobile phones and laptops can be cost-heavy and are not always affordable. People often have to plan around such purchases; the costs are unavoidable as they represent essential investments. Furthermore, the life cycle of products usually begins and ends with one user, which is not always optimized for sustainability.

In 2022, the company opened a Miami headquarters, expanded its US team, and achieved 5.9 million visitors to its website. All of this combined signals the company's ripeness for expansion, whilst an impressive $50 million VC investment awarded in 2024 will accelerate a sustainable trajectory of growth.
