Role
Who you are
- You’re a builder. You like to get your hands dirty and don’t just identify where improvement is needed. With support from different teams, you’re comfortable building up Demand Generation at Clarisights
- You have experience in a Demand Generation leadership role, preferably in the B2B enterprise software space or a complex technical market with longer sales cycles
- You have previously demonstrated success in delivering earned (SEO/SEM, website, email), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social), owned channels (web, webinar, podcast) demand generation programs, preferably in an early-stage (Series A-C) environment
- You have hands-on performance marketing experience so you can empathize with our customers and users. Exposure to or knowledge of the Data and BI space is a big plus
- You have outstanding written, oral, and organizational skills
- You’re based in EMEA time zones. We have offices in Bangalore, Berlin, and Helsinki. With most of the GTM in Berlin, we prefer hiring someone who is living in or can periodically spend time in Berlin
What the job involves
- You’ll be given extensive ownership, collaborate closely with different leads, and will have a disproportionate impact on Clarisights’ success
- As the Head of Demand Generation, you will plan, build, and run new marketing programs to drive and accelerate pipeline growth
- You will experiment with new distribution channels and strategies, including Account-Based Marketing
- You will own the delivery of top-of-the-funnel activity, MQLs, and revenue additions attributed to marketing
- Build out Clarisights’ Demand Strategy, incl. multi-channel demand generation campaigns that are aligned with Clarisights’ personas/audiences
- Run experiments and adapt strategies based on data and learnings. Collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales Team to translate effective messaging into demand-generation campaigns
- Manage Campaigns: help construct and bring to life marketing programs, and successfully create and roll-out of highly-targeted and broad demand generation programs that engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle
- Own objectives across the marketing funnel, concentrating on the top-of-funnel. You will help us set up a predictable demand generation engine. You’ll be measured by pipeline generated (MQL) as well as the attributable pipeline
- Build The Marketing Team: create and build out our marketing and growth team including internal team members, contractors, vendors, and freelancers to help accelerate Growth
Our take
Clarisights is an international marketing tool that helps enterprises and their performance marketing teams streamline reporting. With a tool that automatically integrates and visualizes marketing data, Clarisights have secured limited release agreements with companies such as HelloFresh, Delivery Hero, and Universal Music Group.
Connecting marketing data to sales data has been a thorn in the side of enterprises for years, with the granular detail of each analytical wing often undermined by clunky and fiddly interfaces and platforms. The streamlined and visually led Clarisights makes the information more digestible and comparable. It’s no surprise that the Clarisights suite of tools is visually led - all three founders have combined experience as engineers and marketing consultants at Microsoft and Hostelworld.com, both well known for their clear and ergonomic presentation.
With its roots in Germany and India as well as America, Clarisights has spread its net widely. This is a key success given the level of competition in the form of Nielsen’s Visual IQ and Neustar’s Customer Analytics, which have a large grip on the market.
