Role
Who you are
- Currently enrolled in a German university program and seeking a part-time position (16-20 hours per week) for at least six months to one year
- Pursuing studies in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Possessing prior experience in logistics, warehouse, and/or e-commerce would be highly advantageous
- Fluent language skills in German (B2 level or above) and English

- Supporting the customer operation teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency by actively automating and refining existing procedures to drive continuous improvement
- Contributing innovative ideas and insights to ongoing projects led by the team
- Providing support to team members in various ad-hoc tasks, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment
- Stepping in as a reliable deputy when team members are absent, ensuring continuity and smooth operations
- Supporting the team in communication with customers, logistics, and transport service providers, as well as other internal and external stakeholders
