What the job involves

  • Supporting Talent Management processes (performance assessment cycle, talent review and succession planning, goal setting, career conversations, etc.)
  • Supporting Talent Management programs such as the Leadership Journey (Top Talent)
  • Assisting the Talent Management team in implementing Talent & Performance Management processes in our HRIS (Workday)
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and assessing key indicators to improve our programs
  • Providing support and sharing information with the People Team and managers on various performance campaigns and talent programs
  • Helping support key stakeholders as we update and transform Talent Management approaches and frameworks, ensuring they understand and adapt to these changes (e.g., new processes, tools)
  • Helping design and implement communication strategies for employees and the People Team
