- 7+ years in partner management and driving successful partnerships with strategic technology and solutions partners, such as Salesforce, SAP, commercetools, Shopify, Algolia, EPAM, etc

- You have solid prior knowledge of engagement with partners to promote SaaS products and integrate to existing solutions

What the job involves
- Contentstack is soaring at high speeds with global expansion within our partner relationship team and looking for a Sr Partner Relationship Manager to build out a network of partners to support the global go-to-market strategy
- We are looking for a solution/platform-oriented individual to manage multiple processes between different stakeholders
- This is a quota-carrying role working exclusively on identifying the right regional partnerships and developing deeper partnerships with existing partners
- As a Sr. Partner Manager, you will have 360 degrees ownership driving partner relationships in your territory from ensuring a seamless onboarding, increasing the market awareness with our marketing team, building a pipeline to conquer the market and so much more
- You will develop joint plans with large strategic commerce partners (SAP, Salesforce, Shopify) and monitor and track progress against agreed metrics
- You will identify the opportunity to build joint solutions with partners and take ownership for taking these to market
- You will be the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert in support of our go-to-market and sales activity. You are the SME / lead for partners within Contentstack’s global sales organization
- Work closely with internal cross-functional departments such as partners, sales, operations, and marketing gurus to optimize existing partner sales processes, partner relations, service, and customer success stories
- Provide guidance and strategic advice to our partners, clients, and account teams around partner growth strategies to deliver best-in-class joint solutions
- Managing day to day relationships with the partners
- Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices and ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to managing partners with global reach
- Manage all of the administrative activities related to the partnerships in your region
- Create and execute against a sound go-to-market strategy for your region
- You track your performance through goals through OKR’s, KPI’s and quotas
Our take
As enterprises handle and produce increasing volumes of content, the Content Management System (CMS) market is still growing strongly – expected to more than double in size by 2030. To differentiate themselves in a crowded market, disruptors entering the space are championing the idea of “Headless CMS”, through which enterprises can customize the front-end visuals while offering the same level of backend infrastructure.
Co-founded by the same trio that created and sold Built.io, Contentstack is one such disruptor that’s making a strong name for itself. Founded in 2019, the platform is now used by a number of major enterprises including Shell, JPMorgan Chase, McDonald’s, and Walmart.
It’s been a very strong start to life, with huge VC funding as well as a high-profile customer base, but there is still plenty of competition – Storyblok, Prismic, Strapi, and Kontent are all well funded and growing quickly too. That being said, Contenstack is hoping that its no-code automation features will help it stand out from the rest as the company looks to grow internationally.
