Role
Who you are
- 2+ years closing experience, including 3+ years experience selling to large, complex Enterprise organisations
- 3+ years People Management experience
- Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
- Prior experience in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales or renewal experience
- Excellent communication, business acumen and time management skills
- Experienced negotiator, with ability to influence C-Level stakeholders
- Experience working with clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa is a bonus
- Additional European language is a bonus
What the job involves
- The EMEA region is one of the largest markets in the world for Box, and we need a very high-performer to lead the EMEA Renewals team
- The Renewals team partners across Sales, Customers Success, Operations, Finance, and Legal to drive the renewal process for existing customers
- The Renewals team informs account renewal strategy, guides customers through the renewal process including commercial negotiations, and quotes and processes orders with our operations teams
- Manage and develop a team of Renewal Managers and Renewal Advisors covering the entire EMEA region
- Co-own and deliver the customer retention and renewal growth targets for the EMEA region
- Actively participate in customer on-sites, calls, and meetings — building strong relationships with strategic clients
- Contribute to EMEA Go-to-Market strategy and Global Renewal Strategy and initiatives
- Achieve key outcomes through a combination of direct team engagement and indirect influence on adjacent teams
- Forecast weekly to Regional and Global Senior Management
- Foster a high performing growth orientated team culture
- Actively use salesforce.com to manage the sales process and set standards for performance metrics
