Who you are

Expertise in Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, storage, and security services)
Proficiency with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform)
Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps or equivalent)
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management (e.g., Intune)
Strong knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (HITRUST, SOC-II, HIPAA)
Exposure to containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and database administration (SQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms

What the job involves

You'll own cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and platform reliability
This role partners closely with engineering on architecture, security, and compliance
Architect, review, and implement server/cloud infrastructure changes and improvements to ensure scalability, security, and availability
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues affecting infrastructure and applications
Collaborate with the development team to plan and provision infrastructure that supports application design and operations
Document infrastructure standards, changes, and conventions
Partner with information security to maintain compliance (HITRUST, SOC-II, HIPAA) and implement security improvements
Manage existing cloud networking infrastructure and configure new third-party connections/VPN tunnels as needed
Track and report against key performance metrics (KPIs):
System availability and security incident counts
Change request/ticket completion rates
