Who you are

Having knowledge of some of the existing tech stack would be desirable, but not essential
Ability to create UI and / or Mobile automation tests
Experience working with an automation framework using C# or a similar programming language
Experience using SpecFlow
Experience testing Microservices / API’s
Ability to write manual test cases where required and determine which tests are suitable for automated testing

What the job involves

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a quality enthusiast to be part of a highly skilled agile team that includes mobile and web software engineers along with cloud engineers
This role sits within the Product and Engineering department (P&E) and reports to the Senior QA Engineer
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work with more than one team within the department having a quality engineering mindset
You will be working closely with multi-skilled teams to ensure quality requirements are met using the existing quality assurance and quality control processes that are in place
Create and manage test cases and raise appropriate bugs where required (manual and automated)
Analyse and reconcile existing test packs (manual and automated)
Actively participate in adding to the existing automation framework
Adhere to automation coding principles and participate in code reviews
Work with the teams to devise an appropriate testing strategy for the relevant feature in development
Interpret functional specifications of new features and produce automated test suites
Ensure adequate non-functional testing is completed where required
Maintain the acceptable level of test documentation
Ensure quality standards are adhered to
