Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Global Finance, Computer Science, or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field of study and 1-year of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) involving product management

What the job involves

Aisera, Inc. in Palo Alto, CA is seeking Associate Product Manager(s) to oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services
Write product specifications for the engineering and data science teams
Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog
Analyze the IT Operations, Cloud Operations, and Service Operations market to help clarify the company’s competitive position
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
Deliver product roadmaps for area of responsibility
Enable Customer Success teams with go-lives and continuous improvement
Work with marketing team on GTM product assets
Support sales and pre-sales in Sales cycles and closing deals
This position does not supervise any personnel or participate in any management decisions, nor does this position plan, direct or coordinate the activities of any personnel
