What the job involves
- Right now we’re looking for a Director of Product - Integrations & Ecosystems to play a key role in our product team in London
- As our Director of Product - integrations & ecosystems you’ll lead the strategy for how GWI connects with external platforms, products, and data environments
- This includes native integrations with BI tools, CRMs, AI platforms, and LLMs, as well as expanding and owning our API platform
- You’ll make GWI’s insights accessible wherever customers work, and ensure developers can easily build on top of our platform
- You’ll partner with Technology, Go-to-Market, Partnerships, and Legal teams to define integration architecture, unlock commercial opportunities, and deliver scalable systems
- Your mission is to increase adoption, retention, and revenue by ensuring GWI is activated across the entire ecosystem that surrounds our customers
- Set and execute the integrations and ecosystem strategy by identifying the platforms and workflows that GWI should connect with, ensuring these connections deliver clear value to both customers and the business
- Own and evolve the GWI Data API by defining key use cases, prioritising the roadmap, maintaining comprehensive documentation, supporting partner integrations, and driving adoption across customers and third-party developers
