Who you are
- 2+ years’ sales experience within the software industry
- Proven and also consistent track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers as well as new use cases
- Reliable forecasting abilities, with a consistent track record of success in weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections
- A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships, along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain extraordinary outcomes
- Technological proficiency, strong business insight, and supreme communication skills including written, oral, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Fluent English is essential

- We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative AE for the UK & I region
- As an Inside Sales Representative AE you will play a pivotal role in driving business across high-priority large/strategic Enterprise
- This role is aligned with Senior Account Executives in the region and is central to our growth strategy, uncovering and capitalising on new and expansion opportunities within existing accounts' subsidiaries
- To excel as an Inside Sales Representative at Elastic, you should possess a talent for rapidly building trust, gaining customer insights, team-play and translating needs into compelling product value stories
- Driving awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within a specified set of Strategic Accounts in the UKI Sector
- Acting as a champion for our cutting-edge technologies including GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing accounts through your original strategies, incoming leads, personal efforts, contacts, and partnerships with regional players
- Identifying and qualifying new opportunities across white space account by leveraging your creativity, inbound lead flows, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts, and partnerships
- Crafting and implementing a strategic prospecting strategy for daily execution to gain introductions, solve business challenges, and effectively position Elastic's technology
- Collaborating cross-functionally with our sales development, marketing, partner, product and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results
- Engaging with customers to uncover new business opportunities, steering them through the sales process and finalizing complex deals
- Crafting a solid business plan utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
