Who you are
- ZeroFox seeks a self-motivated, results-driven and assertive individual to cultivate new business relationships and leverage existing client accounts
- Qualified candidates must be customer-focused, be able to travel frequently throughout the DACH region, be comfortable with a commission-based reward structure, and demonstrate a successful track record in complex cybersecurity sales
- Proven track record of successful B2B security sales within the European Fortune 1000 segment over a minimum of 5-7+ years, including closing high-value deals and exceeding quotas
- Commitment to professionalism and integrity in executing a structured selling system that delivers a frictionless buying experience
- Deep understanding of the security landscape, market trends, competitors, and challenges faced by European Fortune 1000 companies
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, channel partners, and resellers
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances
- Forecasting, achieving, and maintaining sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Capacity to develop and execute tailored sales strategies to address client’s unique requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value proposition effectively. Written and spoken fluency in English and German languages
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to navigate complex sales cycles and secure favorable terms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, including frequent field visits and customer meetings
- High level of self-motivation and initiative to meet sales quotas and seek opportunities for personal and professional development
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and internal priorities
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer sites, partner locations, and industry events
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction

What the job involves
- The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for executing sales strategy throughout his / her respective region to meet or exceed revenue goals while establishing relationships with key decision-makers (CIO, CSO, CTO, CISO), and driving the sales process through to completion
- Candidates who are able to work out of Germany will be given priority consideration
- Business Development: Actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities within the designated region to achieve revenue targets
- Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key prospects, customers, and partners, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline within the region, including accurately forecasting sales, prioritizing opportunities, and advancing deals through the sales process
- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and maximize revenue growth within the region
- Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and deliver exceptional customer value

Operating in the public attack surface protection marketplace, its SaaS platform analyses millions of pieces of publicly accessible content in popular platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft 365 and G Suite. Its solutions go beyond traditional threat intelligence with AI-driven analysis and experienced intelligence analysts that have unique access to the dark web.
ZeroFox went public in 2022 through a SPAC deal which included the acquisition of IDX, a specialist in data breach response. This capital from this offering will be invested in further evolving its AI capabilities and scaling its go-to-market efforts. It is also continuing its M&A strategy for product development, as an example recently acquiring cybersecurity firm LookingGlass to increase its threat intelligence capabilities.
