Who you are
- Gemini is looking for a motivated individual with a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape to join as our Product Marketing Analyst, focused on go-to-market planning for the Gemini Credit Card
- The ideal candidate will be interested in learning a variety of areas within the marketing organization, comfortable with setting up a project plan and leading cross-functional projects including major product launches, while maintaining a strong focus on results
- Success in this role requires a strong bias for action, a desire to find ways to improve our customer experience, and an interest in learning about cryptocurrency at a high growth startup
- Understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Ability to stay organized and project manage execution of marketing initiatives
- Exemplifies high standards via attention to detail and organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong eye for copy, creative and storytelling
- Working knowledge of Product Marketing and an interest in developing a deep understanding of this area over time

What the job involves
- This position will play a role in the success of our product launches, and retention efforts, and support our growing customer base
- Support in developing and executing go-to-market plans for major launches associated with the Gemini Credit Card including project management, legal review process, content creation, and measurement post launch
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including the Design, Comms, and Product teams, along with the rest of the marketing team, in order to successfully launch Credit Card features across all marketing channels
- Track marketing results, share key insights and make recommendations to the broader team for improvement

As a trading platform, Gemini is one of many, but a dedication to innovation and a commitment to working within FCA regulations are what make it stand out from the crowd. After acquiring Blockrize in 2021, the company launched a credit card for US customers that enables them to earn a small percentage of spending back in bitcoin rewards. It also launched the Gemini dollar, a 1:1 USD-backed stablecoin, that combines the price stability of the US dollar with the technological advantages of a cryptocurrency.
The crypto exchange market is crowded with exchange platforms, and Gemini's competitors include giants like Coinbase. However, by operating within regulations and maintaining its status as a registered digital asset service provider in Europe (with plans to expand further in the region very soon), Gemini is in a strong position to face the continued crackdown on unauthorized activity in this market and make a space for itself in the DeFi future.
