I joined Fella because of the mission. I really relate to the men we are able to help, this gives me a great sense of purpose.

There is a great opportunity to grow fast in this under-served market. There is a lot to do, things will and need to change fast. It is challenging but so rewarding.

The founders at Fella are really great people. Getting a chance to work so closely with such impressive people was a massive driver for me. I know I am going to develop really fast because of the people I'm surrounded by.

I work remotely and feel I have the ability to manage my own time. It's a great perk and again a non-toxic environment is a great plus.

A great working environment with a really supportive team. In my personal experience there is value towards individual ideas, opinions and thoughts while making sure the team is working for the goal of helping people lose weight in a sustainable manner.

The biggest plus for me is I am able to work in a progressive and non-toxic environment.

The projects I've worked on here have been multi faceted and complex. Sort of the marketing funnel equivalent of if a butterfly flaps its wings in a garden in Shanghai, what does it mean for the price of wheat in Brooklyn. Except we've also iterated on if the butterfly has any business being in a garden at all, and rethought if the price of wheat is actually a meaningful KPI. It's been a true ground-up process of defining and redefining - it's challenging and fun!

I've worked most closely with the founders so this is pertaining to them. I don't say this about many people I've met but Richie and Luke are legitimately very smart people. They have the ability to analyze considerations several levels deeper than most and are quick to understand new concepts.

I'd always wanted to work in a culture that champions ideas like Radical Transparency. And while everyone who's read Principals will say the same, few are willing or eager to stick to it when rubber meets the road. It's refreshing to be in an environment where leaders go out of their way to facilitate and solicit open and honest communication as a concerted point of culture building.

We have a slack channel called triumphs — throughout the week we are sharing things that people are doing well across the company. Because we are still small and moving quickly work is recognised internally but also has a direct impact on people's lives.

At Fella Health we have a shared Notion and Slack across the whole company — this means everyone knows what's going on across all areas. This is really useful to help us move faster as we are all aligned on what's happening with the company. We actively seek feedback at the end of each meeting or new process on how we can then improve.

Because Fella Health is still early stages you get to jump into different areas of the company whether that's product, growth, coaching, or the medical side. Everyone has a really different background which provides a great mix of viewpoints. And in each 1-1 your manager works with you to help level up the areas you want to improve on.
