Graphic Designer, Go City

• Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• 5+ years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house at an e-commerce business
• Strong portfolio of brand design work, showing innovative thinking and delivery
• Experience in graphic design, designing brand assets (both internal and customer facing), with strong examples of how you’ve creatively brought a brand to life
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to see a creative vision and convince others on design decisions
• Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
• Ability to work with agility and at speed

• We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our busy Creative in-house team
• You'll be responsible for providing professional in-house design solutions that support our overall Customer Marketing Strategy
• It’s a super varied role, working on a variety of projects which should enable potential customers to engage with us and have the best city break they’ve ever had
• As a valued member of our team, you'll also develop and maintain our brand and influence with internal and external audiences
• Proficiency in Adobe software and experience with Mac and PC platforms are essential, along with project management skills and the ability to work under pressure

• You will work with stakeholders across the company to understand and translate their needs into best-in-class creative
• Responsible for designing a wide range of assets that achieve a set creative goal. You’ll be comfortable splitting your time between large-scale production build outs and original branded assets
• You have great attention to detail and organisational skills. You are able to maintain the brand visual guidelines across global teams – from site/app, partner sites, internal and external communications, etc. - you will ensure brand integrity and consistency across focus areas
• You’ll partner with the Brand Manager to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the business, understanding their business goals, productively discussing their feedback, and presenting to them final artwork
• You’ll work collaboratively with the Brand Team to bring new brand ideas and creative solutions to all internal and external touchpoints
• You’ll think holistically about the Go City brand - you're always thinking about the big picture and what the creative you produce is laddering up to
• You’ll communicate and influence stakeholders across the organisation - becoming a go-to person for brand visuals and creative direction
