IT Support Engineering Intern, Workrise

• Our ideal candidate for this role will be pursuing a business or technical degree program with an interest in how companies use technology to improve productivity and enhance security
• Currently enrolled in a College or University Degree program focused on the Management of Information Systems, Business Analytics, or similar Technology focus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications
• Experience performing detailed gap analysis, and preparing as-is & to-be process documentation
• Strong communication skills in order to work with both IT specialists and non-IT employees
• Regular, on-time attendance
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone
• Ability to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Workrise is hiring an IT Support Engineering Intern who will be responsible for supporting our Information Technology teams
• This internship is your chance to dive into the world of IT support engineering! You'll work alongside a great team of experienced IT professionals, learning how companies use technology to solve real-world challenges
• Automate common workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and general support and auditing processes, making recommendations, and gathering feedback
• Deploying devices to new employees
• Support and troubleshoot issues with office technology and employee hardware and software from employees through the ticketing system
• Assist with technical documentation
• Build out the AI support bot for the Service Desk
• Planning and executing technology initiatives within the IT & Business Systems team
• Inventory assets and audit software user/service accounts
