Who you are
- This person should bring a deep understanding of sales operations and revenue workflows, and thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
- Experience: 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles—ideally within SaaS, tech, or high-growth companies
- Sales Process Expertise: Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and how to support reps through quoting, approvals, and deal structuring
- Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with CPQ tools is a major plus
- Analytical Thinking: Able to interpret data and guide decisions that improve sales efficiency and performance
- Communication: Clear, concise, and confident communicator—comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting a field-facing role
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a hands-on Quote Specialist to support our fast-growing global sales teams
- Based in EMEA, this role will serve as a key partner to regional sales leaders—supporting the creation of accurate, high-quality quotes, accelerating deal cycles, and enabling a frictionless sales process
- Partner closely with sales reps to create and review quotes, ensuring accurate product configuration, pricing, and discounting in alignment with Quote-to-Cash policies and approval frameworks. Provide frontline support and ensure transactions are structured correctly for downstream contracting and booking
- Own day-to-day deal flow across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. Act as the primary point of contact for Sales on active deals, coordinating cross-functional reviews, ensuring compliance, and helping remove blockers to accelerate deals toward close
- Act as a trusted partner to Sales leadership, ensuring reps are equipped to navigate each stage of the sales process—from initial quote through booking
- Collaborate closely with the Renewal Manager to review expansion and renewal quotes. Ensure all renewal opportunities are accurately updated with complete and relevant information for finance review
- Connect the dots across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to keep transactions on track, ensure adherence to commercial policies, and support seamless execution across the Quote-to-Cash workflow
- Provide ongoing training for field sales on quoting processes, best practices, and tool efficiency. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth, efficient quoting process
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies across quoting and deal execution workflows and drive improvements that enhance scalability, strengthen controls, and improve overall Quote-to-Cash cycle time and data integrity

The data centre is expected to house 7,000 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUS and will lean on VAST's exabyte-scale storage to handle data for model training, inference, and real-time processing.
On top of this, VAST has secured some major partnerships and deals that really position it strongly for the future of AI infrastructure. In November 2025, it struck a $1.17B agreement with CoreWeave, making VASt the primary data foundation for their GPU cloud. It also expanded its collaboration with Google CLoud to offer its AI Operating System as a fully managed service, allowsing global data access across on-prem and cloud environments using VAST DataSpace. These moves suggest VAST isn't just keeping up with AI demand but shaping the infrastructure that will power the next generation of large-scale, distributed intelligent systems.
