Who you are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-motivated and independent individual with a keen interest in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What the job involves
- As a Junior Program Manager Intern, you will drive and manage the execution of localization projects, collaborating closely with external translators, and internal content and product teams to ensure continuous and timely delivery of high-quality localized content
- You will help optimize workflows, test localized content, and ensure proper resource allocation
- This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and get their hands dirty to help scale a growing business
- Work hours: 8 hours a day
- Take ownership of translation needs and assign tasks to internal/external translators, following up on deadlines and quality of work
- Consistently monitor and translate updates/changes to existing content
- Diligently maintain clear and consistent project status trackers to monitor various progress of localization tasks and bandwidth/pipeline for translators
- Share weekly translation status, plan and progress updates with the manager and team
- Share feedback from the internal team to freelance translators
- Communicating and coordinating with internal team members and external stakeholders
- (freelancers, localization vendors) to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery
- Proactively identify inefficiencies in the current process and propose solutions by setting up/improving SOPs and leveraging auto-translation tool(s) like WPML, Lokalize
- Localize blogs on WordPress and set them on the staging website for the weekly push
- Monitoring the metrics for assessment of localization quality and processes
- Hands-On Experience: Dive headfirst into the world of SaaS, gaining practical exposure to affiliate marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, and strategic partnerships
- Professional growth: Work closely with a supportive team of professionals from over 15 countries and decades of experience, who will guide you throughout your internship
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams including marketing, partnerships, business operations, and sales, gaining insights into the different aspects of a SaaS tech co
- Networking opportunities: Network with key industry stakeholders and chart potential career paths for yourself within PriceLabs or the hospitality industry
- Make an impact: Contribute directly to the success of our affiliate marketing program, and play a pivotal part in the growth of a leading player in the hospitality and short-term rental industry

Our take
Short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb are fantastic ways for empty properties to generate income for owners, but most users of such platforms are not optimizing their income. Prices are often lower than customers would expect and do not reflect the high rental demands in the area, and without data-driven analytics, this can be unclear.

This dynamic pricing feature integrates directly within major rental marketplaces, and the platform also provides booking portfolio analytic tools, market dashboards, bulk price adjustment features, and dynamic minimum-stay rules.
With enough research, hosts of short-term accommodation rentals can rent their properties at the optimum price, but PriceLabs has recognized that this is not easy, particularly when managing a large portfolio of properties. Through its bulk listing editing tools and dynamic pricing algorithm, the company aims to augment the experience of short-term hosts, maximizing the revenue they earn from their rentals without requiring manual management.
