Program Manager, Stripe

• Strong systems thinking: the ability to understand how people, processes, tools, policies, and organizational decisions influence one another over time and how to augment workflows and processes using AI tools
• A demonstrated ability to build enduring, trusted stakeholder relationships; communicate effectively across levels and functions; and establish clear decision-making and accountability mechanisms
• A disciplined approach to problem solving. You begin with the “why,” define and refine problem statements steeped in both quantitative and qualitative data, and continuously ask “is this the right problem to solve, at the right time?”
