Who you are
- Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained

What the job involves
- Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
- Integrate data from various sources including databases, APIs, third-party services to provide unified view of data
- Manage and optimize database including schema design and performance tuning to ensure data availability and reliability
- Design and maintain data models, ensure that they match business requirements and ensure data consistency and integrity
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to identify and rectify data anomalies or errors
- Create and maintain ETL processes using tools like Apache Spark, Python or custom scripts to transform and move data between the systems
- Write scripts and develop automated solution for routine data tasks such as data ingestion, data cleansing, data validation and report generation
- Continuously monitoring data pipeline and infrastructure, identify and resolve issues, and proactively optimize for performance and reliability
- Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists and other stakeholders to understand their data need and provide support for their analytics and reporting efforts
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, processes and solutions, making it easier for team members to understand and troubleshoot data related issues

Epsilon counts many well-known brands among its clients, including L'Oréal, Marriott, John Lewis & Curry's. In 2019, Epsilon was acquired by Publicis Groupe for $4.4 billion, one of the largest acquisitions in marketing history. The recent acquisition of Yieldify by Publicis and its future integration with Epsilon will greatly improve Epsilon's personalization capabilities and strengthen the company's offering to mid-market clients.
