Who you are
- Certificate in Human Resources Management; CHRP is an asset
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist capacity, within the technology or SaaS industry
- US employment and benefits experience is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior leaders through strong business acumen and people insight
- Experience supporting hybrid or distributed workforces
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic and tactical work

- Willingness to travel periodically to engage with regional Sales teams and leaders

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). Reporting to the HRBP Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving performance, and enabling a culture of accountability and success
- This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and business acumen, with occasional travel to collaborate with regional teams and leaders
- Partner closely with Executives and Senior Leaders to understand business goals and workforce needs
- Provide data-driven insights and people strategies that drive growth, performance, and retention
- Guide and support leaders in performance management, development, and career pathing
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, coach managers through feedback conversations, and promote a high-performance culture
- Partner with HR Operations and HRBP to manage annual merit reviews and leveling frameworks that align with market competitiveness
- Support business transformation initiatives, organizational design, and change management to enhance team effectiveness and scale growth
- Help leaders build engaged, resilient, and inclusive teams
- Compliance and Policy Guidance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
- Provide HR guidance on global and regional practices where applicable
- Work with Recruiting, HR Operations, and Learning and Development to deliver programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Ensure consistency and excellence across the employee lifecycle
