Role
Who you are
- Minimum 7 years of experience selling software solutions to the Media & Entertainment industry (TV & Movie Studios, Creative Agencies, Advertising Agencies etc...)
- Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
- Experience working independently with minimal guidance
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex sales processes
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies & playbooks
- Experience in account planning and deal development
- Ability to travel within the US
Desirable
- Experience in selling editing tools or similar technologies for Pre & Post Production
- Familiarity with generative AI technology and its applications
What the job involves
- Lightricks is looking for an exceptional, mission- and vision-oriented, sales leader to lead our sales efforts for LTX Studio
- As an Account Executive, you will be the first sales hire, leading our sales efforts for LTX Studio, with one goal in mind – driving revenue growth
- You will own the entire sales cycle – from building demand generation programs, through account planning, deal development, and deal closure
- You will develop plans and strategies for achieving the sales goals
- You will build relationships with strategic partners and vendors
- You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to find LTX Studio’s product/market fit, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing

All their apps are free, but offer in-app paid subscription plans that unlock functionality. With 40 million monthly users and over 550 million downloads worldwide, Lightricks gained unicorn status back in July 2019.
Lightricks have recently expanded into creator services through their acquisition of Popular pays (connecting creators with brands). This acquisition is the company's first step towards becoming a single resource for creators and brands alike.
With a growing range of photo and video editing tools such as Facetune, Videoleap and Photoleap which have incorporated facial recognition and generative AI features, the company is well poised to serve the growing demand for intuitive and user-friendly content creation software.
