Who you are
- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated mid-level recruiter who is looking to accelerate their career while helping to build, operate, and scale a high-growth company
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM, G&A, and/or Operations teams in a high-performance environment
- Thoughtful communicator with exceptional ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
- Experience using a variety of recruiting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Teamable, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Experience sourcing for passive candidates using creativity and persistence to secure the attention of hard-to-reach talent
- Attention-to-detail with the ability to strike a delicate balance between results and process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team-first mentality with a strong track record and contagious enthusiasm for learning and trying new things
- Ability to commute to our San Mateo, CA Headquarters at least 3 days per week

What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented Recruiter to conduct full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Go-To-Market and G&A teams
- Your initial focus will be Sales and Customer Success, and will stretch and expand from there as business priorities evolve
- As a full-cycle recruiter, you will operate as a consultative partner to hiring managers & interview teams, develop hiring strategies to build high-performing teams, and consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Build relationships and work with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and market research
- Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
- Leverage data and report on key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven, actionable insights

Its products have a wide range of applications, most notably for businesses that need to undertake inspections in unsafe places. The drones are also valuable to search and rescue efforts, police forces, and the US army.
Backed by a range of top investors and strategic partners (including Andreesen Horowitz, Levitate Capital, and Next 47) Skydio sets itself apart from its competitors by marketing its products predominantly to businesses. With technology such as 3D scanning and a 360-degree superzoom mode, its drones have a wide range of applications and functionality.
The company raised funding in 2023, which has boosted its valuation to over $2 billion. It has since focussed on R&D, developing and launching the X10 model which is designed for first responders and the military, as well as enhancing its remote control and thermal imaging capabilities. As the largest American drone company, there is no reason Skydio shouldn't remain a key industry actor for years to come.
