Who you are
- A skilled, enterprise logo, VP+ level hunter with 10+ years in business development, consulting, healthcare, or sales, with experience having scaled an organization’s sales function
- Have advanced proficiency with sales technologies and leveraging those tools to drive outcomes
- An experienced sales team manager with an orientation to quick thinking and problem solving
- A devoted team leader, dedicated to building a diverse and multi-faceted team focused on excellence
- Proven track record of exceeding targets by running a consultative, multi-threaded sales process with large, complex prospect organizations
- A team player with a high level of integrity and desire to assist your tribe. Flexibility as the organization scales rapidly is critical
- Approach challenges with a beginners mind and desire to learn
- Have proven capacity to develop relationships with key stakeholders and optimize enterprise customer accounts, you understand what it means to evangelize your product
- Are resourceful–might not have all the answers, but you know how to find them
- Prior healthcare experience is required
- The ideal candidate has experience managing a high performing team through scale-up to drive exponential business growth
- They are adept at navigating relationships with multiple executive stakeholders of large enterprises, and have the ability to successfully execute and coach consultative sales processes
- They not only operate in the gray, but thrive in it, quarterbacking internal teams to scope transformative deals at the nation’s largest healthcare organizations
What the job involves
- Notable is looking for an ambitious enterprise sales leader who is eager to prosper in a dynamic high growth environment
- In this role, you will lead, grow, and manage our Epic sales team–including driving growth strategy, refining processes, hiring a world class team; and, of course, closing deals
- Target client partners include IDNs, health systems, and payers
- Manage a team of senior sales executives to exceed Notable’s quarterly and annual strategic new logo goals
- Shape Notable’s commercial strategy for new business while refining and scaling internal sales team processes
- Effectively engage with new prospects and win deals by using a consultative, value oriented approach that resonates with c-level decision makers
- Demonstrate a high level of business acumen, managing the team to effectively diagnose the business needs of prospects in order to prescribe Notable solutions of highest value
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure, to post-sale kickoff with our Partnership Delivery team
- Work in a dynamic scale-up where you will share feedback from the field to help shape the evolution of our product and service offerings
- Obsess over outcomes and continuously iterate and innovate to drive the evolution of our business
Our take
Modern medical technology is amazing but administration has not been able to keep up, with doctors ands surgeons still bogged down in repetitive paperwork keeping them from seeing more patients. Notable exists to solve this problem with intelligent automation, relieving doctors of up to 70 minutes per day of administrative tasks and eliminating input errors or missed patient requirements.
While other software companies such as UiPath are trying to reduce repetitive workloads through automation, Notable stands out due to its focus on the needs of medical practictioners in particular, and because of its solution's ease of integration into existing systems thanks to its focus on APIs. This has grown it a customer base of thousands of medical care sites, with 100% positive reviews for its product.
Notable has raised large amounts of funding which it has invested in scaling its operations, mainly in healthcare and the US. But it is also investigating additional uses for its technology, moving into adjacent market sectors and preparing for overseas expansion, releasing an AI assistant for patient engagement and staff workflows in 2023. As skilled administrative staff becomes harder to come by but the need for medical care only increases, the demand for Notable's product is set to grow.
