Who you are

Extensive experience developing web applications, in particular using JavaScript (not TypeScript) and modern JavaScript tools and frameworks, including NodeJS, ReactJS, React Native, Fiber, etc
Strong User Interface and User Experience design experience in React and React Native for mobile and web applications
Strong knowledge of mobile UI design best practices for iOS and Android
Mobile as well as browser development experience
Strong software development background and hands-on experience scaling complex systems
Production experience working with a wide variety of strong functional knowledge of DevOps concepts and techniques such as Continuous Integration and Deployment, virtual machines, containers, and AWS cloud services
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field
3+ years of software development experience
This position is remote, but the candidate would ideally be located in the Tampa Bay, FL area for occasional in-person meetings
An enthusiastic and energetic team player

Desirable

Knowledge of 3D software/gaming development using Three.js/WebGL is a huge plus
Full-stack engineering experience with strong AWS cloud fundamentals
Ruby on Rails experience

With our accelerating growth, we seek to add a UI Engineer to our team to bring our next wave of products to life
This role is an opportunity to join a venture at a critical moment and truly make an impact
Work with the team to design, develop, and implement front-end software solutions to support our internal and external user communities
Develop mobile and web applications using ReactJS, React Native, and NodeJS
Design and implement new user interfaces and user flows on mobile and browser
Design and implement administrative and reporting systems that configure and administer our backend and SAAS platform
Design and develop new user-facing features such as dashboards, custom mapping solutions, editors, and dispatch management tools such as calendars and messaging
Configure and build software using our DevOps and cloud infrastructure on AWS
Contribute to many aspects of system development, including architecture, component and API design, third-party software selection, integrations, and process design
Create Automated Tests using Flexible/Open Source Frameworks

360° virtual tours through VR headsets present fantastic opportunities for businesses to present customers with tours of their space regardless of whether they can be there physically. However, the process of planning, capturing, and delivering such a VR experience is technologically difficult, and applying interactive features and marketing to the experience adds further challenges.

Threshold 360 provides a platform for the end-to-end creation of VR tours, helping businesses to plan, capture, create and augment virtual tours of their business with interactive engagement features. The company provides its services for the touring of both single and multiple property businesses and includes tools for engagement analytics, creating interactive features, and hosting published tours.

Companies can already purchase the camera equipment to publish 360° virtual tours online, but Threshold 360 recognizes that the equipment, software tools, and experience needed to pull this off presents significant obstacles. Through its end-to-end platform for virtual tour delivery, the company claims that it can help its clients show off their spaces to prospective customers, ultimately boosting sales success and engagement dramatically.
