Who you are

5-8 years of product management experience in B2C technology, with a strong preference for healthcare, e-commerce, or platform businesses
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
Advanced proficiency in product analytics tools and methodologies (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets)
Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product strategies
Background or strong interest in healthcare technology is highly preferred
Strong eye for UX / UI (hands-on preferred)

What the job involves

Full-stack product expert building the next gen health-tech platform
Product Ownership - Craft and execute a product vision that bridges user needs, business objectives, and technological capabilities. You'll be the day-to-day owner for our product roadmap, covering the full life cycle from developing requirements (PRDs), designing full product concepts with designers (or independently), and executing on delivery with our product & engineering team
Roadmap Ownership - own our long-term roadmap across multiple swim lanes, and delivering features week on week
Cross-Functional - Leadership Act as the critical connective tissue between engineering, design, sales, and customer support. Your ability to communicate complex product strategies and translate technical constraints into compelling narratives will be key to our success
Data-Driven Decision - Making Leverage advanced product analytics to inform product strategy. You'll dive deep into user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Stakeholder Management - Navigate and align diverse stakeholder expectations, from independent clinicians to corporate directors. Your diplomatic yet decisive approach will be crucial in managing competing priorities and driving consensus
