Who you are
- The EBP role is one that doesn’t always neatly fit within the 9-6 day, so we’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to be flexible and available, even outside traditional working hours
- Because the role (and our exec team) is so dynamic, this person must possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions, internally and externally
- Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited to contribute to our company and build a trusted, long-term partnership with our leadership team
- You have 3-6 years of professional experience: and you experience supporting senior leaders
- You possess foresight: If you had a superpower, it would be the ability to see (and plan) around corners; you’re proactive. You know there’s a problem – and you know how to fix it – before anyone else. When you finish a task, you ask yourself what else could make the outcome even better - planning for every scenario and leaving no stone unturned

What the job involves
- The Executive Business Partner will serve as a crucial partner to the executive leadership team for our Digital and Retail teams
- You’ll support our Chief Digital Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and VP, DTC and independently manage everything from calendar and travel arrangements to running offsites and other special projects over time
- This highly organized, endlessly resourceful person will ensure the team operates at its best and nothing falls through the cracks
- Bring a strong foundation in executive support by reliably managing complex calendaring, travel coordination across the US and abroad, expense reporting, and meeting logistics — operating with precision and making confident judgment calls grounded in business priorities
- Anticipate needs and apply foresight to look around corners — flagging conflicts and risks early and surfacing issues before they become problems
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all work is executed with accuracy and care
- Own the operating cadence of recurring leadership forums and All Hands — coordinating agendas, pre-reads, note-taking, and tracking action items — and take on defined projects and initiatives, tracking timelines and ensuring deliverables stay on track
- Lead logistics for offsite events & retreats — including retail store walks, day trips to our manufacturer, and team trips — coordinating group transport, vendors, venues, agendas, and attendees from planning through day-of execution
- Leverage knowledge of the business, executives' priorities, and key stakeholders — translating that context into sharp judgment and proactive support
- Drive team connectivity and employee engagement by planning events, sending gifts, coordinating team building activities, etc
- Be a positive ambassador by consistently acting in a way that leaves people with a positive perception of the company while truly embodying our values
- Contribute to the broader EA community at Mammoth Brands by attending monthly meetings, helping shape best practices and shared standards, modeling strong coverage partnerships, and mentoring peers where appropriate
- Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and VP, DTC
- Work cross functionally with Executive Assistants and Global Leadership in NYC, London, and Germany
Our take
Harry's shot onto the scene in 2012 with the simple idea of great razors at fair prices. And at a time when buying blades felt like taking out a small loan, Harry's built a direct-to-consumer brand that made men's shaving feel modern and affordable. So, what started as an online upstart quickly grew into a serious player, landinow on the shelves of major retailers and one of the best known names in men's grooming.
The road hasn't been entirely smooth as in 2020, a planned billion-dollar sales to Edgewell Personal Care (the owner of brands like Schnik) was blocked by the Federal Trade Commission on competition grounds. At the time, this looks like a major setback, however, it have Harry's the room to keep building on its own terms. Instead of folding into a legacy giant, the company doubled down on growth, raised fresh capital and continued to expand its reach in retail and product lines.
Now, the company isn't just a small startup taking on the razor establishment. It has broadened its grooming range well beyond blade, built a loyal customer base, and proved it can compete both online and in-store. What began as a challenger brand has evolved into a mainstay of the men's personal care aisle.
