Who you are
- Juris Doctorate degree from ABA accredited law school
- Must be a bar member in good standing of an applicable state
- 6+ years of legal experience, including 2+ years working in house at a SaaS firm
- Experience in commercial transactions
What the job involves
- AgentSync is hiring a Head of Legal to build our legal strategy and provide guidance across the business, with a strong focus on SaaS commercial and transactional agreements
- We are looking for someone who can think about legal strategy in a comprehensive way and be a resident expert in providing advice and counsel on a broad range of various industry and litigation strategies that support the organization’s overall mission
- You will be able to operate independently in a high growth environment and work collaboratively and proactively with our executive team, as well as cross-functionally with business partners
- Partner with the company’s go-to-market and product teams from inception to product development and beyond to identify potential legal risks and provide risk-mitigation counseling
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s legal documents and operations
- Work on transactional agreements and commercial agreements process and templates
- Wear many hats and roll up the sleeves where needed

With so many parties and variables, paperwork can be a time-consuming headache. This is the problem that AgentSync has set out to solve.
Created by two former LinkedIn employees, AgentSync provides a platform that gives carriers and agents an easier way to ensure they are ticking the right boxes to be able to work with each other, reducing paperwork time from days to hours.

The company has been growing rapidly, and has actually shown impressive activity in areas like strategic acquisitions.
