Lead Solutions Engineer, Ketryx

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, technical support, sales engineering, or related
• Prior experience managing or mentoring team members, ideally in a scaling environment
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps practices, and software development in regulated environments
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience with various DevTools and understanding of their role in the software development process
• Familiarity with life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and software validation requirements

• Lead by example as a hands-on Solutions Engineer for large accounts, running tailored demos, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concepts
• Manage and mentor a growing Solutions Engineering team, providing guidance for early-career hires as well as seasoned professionals
• Develop scalable processes for team growth, onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and craft solution proposals emphasizing our key value propositions: higher quality, faster releases, and inspection readiness
• Craft compelling technical narratives and solution architectures aligned with customer pain points and regulatory expectations
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Application Lifecycle Management in regulated environments
• Help define KPIs for SE team performance and customer engagement
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving regulatory standards
