Strong organizational and time-management skills

What the job involves

Isaac Health is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and personable Intake Coordinator to join our team
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
You’ll be responsible for confirming appointments, organizing patient information, and troubleshooting telehealth visit issues
Manage and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling system
Collect, verify, and organize patient intake information accurately
Support patients in setting up for their telehealth visits, including basic tech troubleshooting
Maintain clear communication with clinicians and other internal teams
Proactively address and overcome appointment cancellations by re-engaging patients or offering alternate options
Document all interactions and updates in our EMR system promptly
Follow up with patients as needed to ensure continuity of care and satisfaction
