Role
Who you are
- Previous experience as a Sales Development or Inside sales representative, ideally in SaaS
- Fluent in French and English (you will be communicating in writing and verbally with customers in both languages), professional level in English (language used internally for our day-to-day); if you speak any other European languages is a huge plus (Italian/Spanish/German)
- Prior experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM is a plus
- Highly collaborative and organized, with strong prioritization skills
- Available to work from our Paris office at least 4 days a week

What the job involves
- As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be in direct contact with customers and prospects in France and all around Europe, helping them get the most out of Yousign’s SaaS platform. Your mission is not only to provide outstanding support but also to drive small deal closures, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth within our existing customer base
- This is a hybrid role between support and sales, giving you end-to-end visibility over the customer lifecycle in a high-impact SaaS environment. You’ll:
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Solutions, and Product teams
- Gain experience in both customer relationship development and revenue generation
- Build the skills and track record to grow into a full Sales Role
- Your Team You will be included in the Sales Support team, that is part of the the Business Development team. The Sales Support team is currently composed of 5 Sales support specialists and 1 Manager

- Guide and assist prospects and customers in using Yousign’s SaaS application
- Ensure timely and high-quality responses in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Resolve low-complexity issues efficiently while identifying opportunities to scale solutions
- 💼 Closing
- Engage with prospects and existing customers to qualify their needs and develop small-scale commercial opportunities
- Close deals autonomously, contributing directly to monthly revenue targets
- 🔄 Retention & Growth
- Monitor and support customer usage to reduce churn and promote adoption
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage patterns
- Proactively flag accounts with expansion potential and collaborate with Sales or Success teams for handover
- 🤝 Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
- Support and coordinate renewals for small accounts, ensuring continuity and satisfaction
Our take
The global electronic signature market is projected to grow to over $35 billion by 2029. Well-known Adobe Sign and DocuSign have been in the game for a while, though YouSign has stepped onto the scene hoping to become the eSignature platform predominantly used by the European market.
The company has two signature products, a web app that is ready to use from anywhere and an API, which can be easily integrated into business softwares. The signatures are eIDAS-compliant and legally binding so clients can focus more on their productivity and teamwork and worry less about paperwork.
The company targets new customers rather than attempting to convert from competitors - SMBs are its target market, hoping to show newer businesses the need for and ease of electronic signatures. Acquiring $ 36.6 million in 2021 in a round of funding meant the company could scale its team and market share. In early 2022 YouSign bought Canyon, a documentation and workflow automation specialist. This means that YouSign is now propelling into a new dimension.
