• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to write and maintain test cases based on briefs and design documentation
• Experience in cross-browser and device testing, especially with BrowserStack
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Positive, friendly attitude and the ability to stay calm and prioritise in times of tight deadlines and conflicting demands

Desirable

• As a Junior QA, your main responsibility is to take the initiative in testing digital projects for various clients
• You will collaborate closely with different departments (strategists, creative technologists, developers, designers, producers) to ensure quality at each stage of the project
• Consistently follow Phantom QA processes for all assigned projects, championing quality throughout
• Undertake and complete testing activities in the agreed timescale for multiple projects; including functional, regression and usability testing
• Ensure all issues are logged (using Jira) in an informative and timely manner, adhering to the high standards set by the QA team
• Become a domain and QA expert for your assigned projects, documenting and sharing knowledge with the wider team
• Actively participate in project meetings, advocating for quality at all times
